Previous Dental Experience is a must.
1. Data Management and Documentation:
· Data Organization: Retrieve and categorize claims data from Open Dental based on how claims are paid, in collaboration with Amy Brooks for best practices.
· Spreadsheet Management: Regularly update the Payor Negotiations Status spreadsheet with comparison data, track negotiations, and upload updated fee schedules to the Master Fee Schedule spreadsheet.
· Report Generation: Manage code count reports, generating them twice a year for negotiations per practice and in-network payors. Upload fee schedules to the appropriate teams for credentialing updates.
2. Contract and Agreement Review:
· Contract Review: Assist in cross-checking contracts to verify practice locations, tax IDs, and provider specialties before contract signing.
· Group Agreements: Work with the Director to confirm the accuracy of group agreements, ensuring correct practice addresses and tax IDs.
· Negotiation Review: Review completed increase comparisons for errors, including misplaced codes or discrepancies.
3. Communication and Coordination:
· Stakeholder Communication: Regularly send updates to practices and the credentialing team about new payor information, network updates, or TPA changes.
· Task Delegation: Include assistants in correspondence with payors to ensure follow-up actions are delegated and necessary information is obtained.
· Offboarding Notifications: Notify payors when a practice is off-boarded, or a location is closed.
· In-Network Support: Assist practices with inquiries regarding in-network status or payor-related questions.
· RCM email coordinator: Manage all incoming email for credentialing and RCM mailboxes and handle basic follow-up
