Job Description

This position would be remote, but the right candidate will sit in either Raleigh, NC or Richmond, VA. 

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present marketing plan and tactics to gain buy-in with key stakeholders (Doctors, PM, RDO, LW marketing).
  • Execute marketing plan tactics to meet practice goals.
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on marketing tactic results. With the following metrics and minimum benchmarks.
    • Leads (based on NP goals)
    • Missed Call Rate ≤ 10%
    • Lead Conversion rate ≥ 50%
    • Scheduled appointments (based on NP goal)
    • Marketing ROI ≥ 50:1
    • Google review growth ≥ 2.5%
  • Coordinate with the internal team and external vendors to support activities necessary for executing the marketing plan.
  • Coordinate with practice leadership on internal events and local marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing spending to ensure all expenditures are within budget
  • Ensure brand continuity is upheld throughout all marketing efforts.
  • Design and order marketing materials as needed.
  • Audit and optimize digital marketing/patient touch points, patient experience platform, online scheduling, Liine, website, Google Business profile, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with operations, setting and meeting goals.
  • Support internal Lightwave events with in-person responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education & Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or communications.
  • 3 years of relevant marketing experience. (Additional 3+ years of experience can be used in lieu of education requirements.)
  • Experience with executing marketing tactics for B2C and B2B markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage agencies as well as collaborate cross-functionally with team members.
  • Knowledge and experience in a variety of advertising methods, with a thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and traditional.
  • Experience working remotely in a multi-location environment.
