- Taking digital radiographs
- Charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment
- Periodontal charting
- Routine prophylaxis, fluoride application, placing sealants, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning
- Present proposed treatment with insurance coverage and patient co-pays, as well as keeping accurate notes

- Conduct regular staff huddles; foster open communication, provide organization and practice updates and continually challenge and develop staff.
- Stay current with the lastest OSHA, HIPAA and ADA regulations.

- Help build new patient growth by supporting marketing programs.
- Ensure that the practice is meeting financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern.

- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT systems.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet business requirements.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources.

- Keep documentation up-to-date to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
